New Child Seat Laws

Current AffairsNew child restraint laws which could save up to 2,000 child casualties per year will come into force on 18th September 2006 according to the Hi-Way driving Website.  I mentioned this earlier in the year but still haven't found out the answer so I've posted the following question on the site:

How does this apply to teachers:

a) Driving a mini-bus?
b) Taking children in our own cars to a football match / climbing etc.
c) Allowing parents to take children in their cars to a football match etc.

Does school have to provide an adequate number of seats in case they are needed?  Or do football teams etc now have be be above 4'5" tall? :)
