New Child Seat Laws

New child restraint laws which could save up to 2,000 child casualties per year will come into force on 18th September 2006 according to the Hi-Way driving Website.  I mentioned this earlier in the year but still haven't found out the answer so I've posted the following question on the site:

How does this apply to teachers:

a) Driving a mini-bus?
b) Taking children in our own cars to a football match / climbing etc.
c) Allowing parents to take children in their cars to a football match etc.

Does school have to provide an adequate number of seats in case they are needed?  Or do football teams etc now have be be above 4'5" tall? :)
