Armadillo Run

FunScienceI've come across this great game to help teach forces and properties of materials! Well I like to think so anyway! Armadillo Run is a physics-based puzzle game. You get to build structures with the aim of getting an armadillo to a blue sphere.  You can use a variety of building materials, each with different properties, which can be combined to form almost anything. The realistic physics simulation gives you the freedom to solve each level in many different ways.

Armadillo Run does cost to purchase the full version but a free demo has a few levels and introduction to let you practise on.  Great fun for teachers, if not pupils as well! :)
